Note the white plastic nut used to tighten the cup to the Ergoplay. I assume the old one is best removed by cutting off the nub which attaches to the Ergo play. (No instructions accompany this product) You will need three (3) Ergo Play Guitar Support replacement suction cups ($2.75) for each Ergo Play, Tappert and Ergoplay-Tappert Child's Guitar Supports. The Troster model requires (4) suction cups. They wear out at approximately the same time and should be replaced in sets. Regarding Shipping.
